Maya Lesson - Chicken Coop Barn

Before finishing our chicken coop, we made the barn for the background. As this is a background product, the details dont have to be as clean as the foreground objects. Working from orthographic images on all 3 planes (Front, Side and Top), we made a basic structure with a square polygon. Removing parts as needed, we then continued to use squares, creating the beams and mirroing them to make a whole barn. Then we placed some squares just behind the barn door and windows, removing the front face to make a shader. The next step will be placing UV's, this will give colour and texture.
